Big Smile

Isn't he the most precious little nugget?

I have no idea who he looks like.

House Projects

This is Jack's nursery, the Alabama picture does not necessarily match but Jentry insisted we put something Alabama in the room, of course, but I do think it looks very cute!

Curtains, sorry about so much sunlight coming through

Crib and picture I painted for him
Whole room coming together, looks pretty good. I wanted to decorate it in colors that he could grow into when he gets older. I think its very fun!

I am also in the process of redecorating Addie Jane's room. I love it and it is almost done, but I still need some more wall decor.

Cute little hangers for everything
Addie Jane's pillows up close and fabric, I just loved it.
Curtains that my mom made, she is so talented
Room is coming together, finally.

Roll Tide

Amazing. Incase for some reason you didn't watch the SEC championship Alabama dominated. We are now going to the national championship in Pasadena, CA to play Texas. Should be a pretty good game. Addie Jane loves to watch football right now. I am dead serious, it is actually adorable and even if she is not watching Alabama she yells, "ROLL TIDE!" It makes Jentey so excited. Jack isn't too excited about it yet,but he definatly supports the team. I think over half his clothes are Alabama, I love it. Jack is doing really great holding his head up and making great eye contact. He is a doll and is starting to smile at you (my favorite stage). I am just looking forward to him laughing! Right now Addie Jane's new thing to do it say "addie jane jordan" but she can't say her "R"s its so cute. She is also obsessed with watching her "amimals" movie. Today we are going to see Santa Clause, or as Addie Jane calls him " Ho Ho Ho". Please wish us luck. I will post pictures when we get back. I can't wait until we get a computer

Rainy Day

I love waking up with Addie Jane, she cracks me up! I went, in the past month or so, from being "mama" to being "MOMMY," I just love that. Today it is just so foggy and rainy outside it is hard to imagine even getting out of the bed but lucky for me I have been up and out since about 6:00, no complaints though. Jack is pretty easy this morning, just eating and sleeping, typical of a 4 week old. Yesterday I went to Purple Peanut, this adorable children's boutique, I had 3 outfits picked out for Addie Jane and then discovered my wallet was indeed at the house in my diaper bag, so I am excited to say that she said she would hold them for me, thank goodness. They are so adorable, as winter started approaching so fast, I realized she is running out of dresses for church. I was also very excited to get Addie Jane and Jack matching Christmas outfits for their Christmas card picture I am planning on taking this weekend, but unfortunatly the matching outfits for brothers and sisters do not begin untill they are 12 months BOOO. Not happy about that, but what can you do. Me and Addie Jane are about to get ready and run a few errands before the holidays get here and we run out of time. I am going to take Jack's to my mom's house, which I know she will be excited about. Wish me luck.

What am I doing?

OK.... I am not sure exactly what I am doing. I have never blogged before, and quite honestly I have never been good at writing, and I defiantly didn't enjoy English in college, but oh well... it's really just for me to remember what is going on in my family's life anyway. As a mother with two kids, under the age of 2, my mind sometimes isn't always working. I am amazed everyday with Addie Jane right now, today I asked her what she wanted for lunch and she replied clear as day, "hot dogs!" I have to admit I was absolutely thrilled. I love it that she wants to play like a mom so much. At the hospital when Jack was born I gave her a little boy baby doll that she named "Bebe Jack." She loves to put him in the stroller and push him around the kitchen while talking on her pretend cell phone. Honestly they grow up ridiculously fast. Well, I suppose I don't have that much to say right now I am still getting use to all of this, although I think I am liking it :)
